The grievor alleged that she had been harassed by her superiors – at adjudication, she added that she had retired earlier than anticipated because of the harassment and thus had in effect been terminated – the termination was not part of the original grievance – no disciplinary action had been taken against the grievor – the adjudicator ruled that she did not have jurisdiction.
