The grievor filed a grievance against his non-disciplinary termination – the respondent argued that the referral of the grievance to adjudication was untimely – the adjudicator found that the grievor did not refer his grievance to adjudication within the time prescribed under subsection 90(1) of the Public Service Labour Relations Board Regulations, that the time limit had not been extended by an agreement between the parties or by an order of the Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations Board, and that the respondent raised its objection within the time prescribed under paragraph 95(1)(b).

Objection allowed.
